The Foster School of Business has an exciting opening for a Senior Manager for Growth Marketing. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The University of Washington Foster School of Business seeks an innovative and experienced Senior Manager for Growth Marketing to lead data-driven marketing strategies and initiatives that promote our graduate and professional programs, attract prospective students, drive enrollment, and enhance our institution’s reputation and global visibility. This role will be expected to champion growth across all of Foster’s education programs, as well as its affiliated institutes/centers, with an emphasis on new initiatives and special projects.

The Senior Manager for Growth Marketing is a member of the Marketing & Communications team at the Foster School of Business, reporting to Foster’s Chief Marketing Officer.

What You Will Do:

•Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the execution of 360° marketing strategies that foster enrollment growth for graduate, professional and executive education programs, as well as special initiatives.

•Collaboration: Work closely with program admissions teams to optimize lead generation, conversion and enrollment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective applicants.

•Content Development: Working with the Content Team, Design Team and individual program and center leaders, direct the production of high-quality marketing materials that highlight the value and distinctiveness of programs and special initiatives.

•Digital Marketing: In collaboration with the Digital & Operations Team, manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO and SEM to maximize online visibility and engagement among potential applicants and industry professionals.

•Market Research: Working with the Analytics and Digital teams, use market research to monitor enrollment trends and assess competitor activities. Provide insights for positioning and differentiation that result in optimal growth across the full portfolio of graduate, professional and executive education programs.

•Analytics and Reporting: Working with the Director of Analytics, monitor KPIs and growth benchmarks for programs and special initiatives, utilizing this data to drive actionable strategies for expansion and growth. Facilitate optimization through rigorous testing and measurement to enhance campaign performance and drive outcomes.

•Trends Assessment: Working with the Director of Analytics, stay ahead of graduate program enrollment trends and integrate new marketing approaches, and methodologies to maintain Foster’s competitive edge.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of four years of professional experience, at least two years in a higher education environment.

Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.

What You Bring:

•Marketing experience focused on increasing awareness, affinity and enrollment in an academic institution. Experience developing and executing strategic plans and comprehensive marketing campaigns.

•Demonstrated testing and iterating skills that rely heavily on marketing data.

•SEO and CRM data management experience.

•Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4.)

•Master’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
