The Digital Marketing Coordinator works with various university/industry partnership projects to develop and implement marketing campaign strategies. This position engages in multimedia content creation and editing, and coordinates social media and outreach efforts while working with a team dedicated to innovation. The interacts with various management levels to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and ensure that all written/graphic materials align with brand voice and quality standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce marketing materials (ads, graphics, etc.).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with external partners and agencies for promotional activities.
Manage and edit photo and video content for social media
- Review, edit, and proofread all marketing content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality.
- Create and maintain style guides to ensure consistency in tone and voice across all written materials.
- Design and produce marketing material. (ads, graphics,etc.).
- Conduct research to enhance content relevance and accuracy.
- Edit testimonials and other short form videos for YouTube, webpages and social media.
- Produce multimedia support content for professional education courses and events.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies and tactics.

- Performs administrative and other office duties as assigned.
Education And Experience Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university or demonstrated skill level and years of relevant work experience.
- Education or experience in marketing, advertising, graphic design, media production, content creation.
- Experience in graphic design or familiarity with design software.
- Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Adobe Photoshop.
- Adobe Illustrator.
- Adobe Indesign.
- FCPX.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies and tactics.
- Webpage design and development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
