TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
- The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Volt, Element451, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
- The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2025 and ends on June 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must subscribe to Volt’s newsletter by providing a valid email address through the official entry form available at https://voltedu.com/engage-summit/.
- Existing subscribers may also enter by submitting their email address through the same entry form.
- Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize
- One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
- VIP Package for Element451’s Engage Summit, scheduled for June 24-25, 2025, in Charlotte, NC.
- The VIP Package includes:
- Summit and Workshop registration
- Breakfast and lunch during the event
- Premium hotel accommodations (booked by the organizer)
- Priority access to one-on-one trainings and lab sessions
- Additional perks as determined by the event organizers
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $3,000.
- The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Travel to and from the conference venue is NOT included and is the responsibility of the winner
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about June 6, 2025.
- The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within one (1) business day following the drawing.
- If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within three (3) days, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.
- In the event the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
6. General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
- The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion.
- Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s consent to the sponsor’s use of the entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
7. Release and Limitations of Liability
- By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Volt, Element451, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
- The Released Parties are not responsible for:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.
- Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software.
- Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes.
- Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
- Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
8. Privacy
- Information collected from entrants is subject to Volt’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://voltedu.com/privacy-policy.
9. Sponsor

10. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
